Order History - See Order Status, Get Tracking numbers and Get Invoices

All supply orders placed for the billing account number will show up in Order History. Orders can be placed by using this website, EDI, FAX or phone.  Order History has the order status, tracking numbers and invoices for all these orders.


The following instructions will show you how to get to Order History and find Tracking numbers and Invoices.


STEP 1: GETTING TO ORDER HISTORY

Log into your online account and CLICK Order History from the My Account - My Dashboard page

 

STEP 2: VIEWING AN ORDER

On the Order History Selection page

To search for orders change the date range to the purchase date range of the order and Click the VIEW ORDERS button.  The selection always starts with the current 7 days. 

CLICK the Order Number of the order you want to view.

STEP 3: TRACKING NUMBER

The carrier name and tracking number are here.
If the order shipped by FedEx the Tracking number will
be a link to the FedEx tracking site. Cick on that link to
get delivery information.

 

STEP 4: INVOICE

A link to a PDF of your actual invoice is located here.
CLICK the View PDFlink for your invoice.

 

Invoice - PDF VIEW

The PDF if the actaul invoice that would be mailed out.
You can save the PDF to your computer or print it from here.

 

Saving the Invoice

If you choose to save the Invoice to your computer you will need to name the file.
The default name is untitled.pdf

 

Questions

What about carriers other than FedEx?
Order History will show the name of the carrier and the tracking number. For local carriers you may need to search for their website or contact them for tracking information. 

Can I search by purchase order number?
No. Right now the orders can only be searched by the order date.

Will this show what item are on back order?
No. There is no message in Order History for back orders. You will need to call customer service at 800-639-9729 to determine if an item is on back order.

Will estimated shipping dates show for products?
No. Order History will only show Processing, Complete or Rejected for order and line status. You can call customer service at 800-639-9729 to get an estimated shipping date.
