This item is to be used with Octostop’s Universal Octopaque Item #PA-03 and PA-05, not intended for general patient restraint.
Includes Forehead Strap and Arm Strap, both made of Velcro felt.
Forehead Strap: Both ends adhere to the hooks under the board. Note: There is a possibility of a skull fracture with this item if over-tightened.
Arm Strap: Passed behind the neck, never in front, and over the arms. Both ends adhere under the board. It is usually installed, but tightened only on very agitated children, as "L" cushions usually suffice.
One Strap measures 33"L x 2"W. One Strap measures 25"L x 2"W.
