The Mid-Binding construction offers binding-free soft nylon along the neckline for upgraded comfort, and binding at the bottom of the Thyroid Guard for increased durability. Mid-Binding Thyroid Guards are available with 0.5mm Pb or 0.35mm Pb equivalent front protection and your choice of three media options: Regular Lead, Lightweight Lead (composite), or our premium Super-Lite® Lead-Free. Choose from hook & loop, buckle, or our NEW magnetic closure at no additional cost! 

All Techno-Aide thyroids include optional embroidery/monogramming and an optional convenient thyroid buckle tether.
