Reports are from our legacy system. If you placed orders with us before January 1, 2017 you may have information in the Reports section of the site.

Reports were available for:

Purchases by Product – detail or summary

Purchases by Ship to – detail or summary

Open Invoices

STEP 1: GETTING TO REPORTS

Log into your online account and CLICK Reports from the
My Account - My Dashboard page

 

STEP 2: VIEWING REPORTS

On the Report Selection page

To view reports click on any of the report links. To view for one specific ship to account select that account from the Ship-To Numbers drop down.

A new window will open with a date range option.

 

 

Questions

What do I need to see reports?
If you are seeing the reports page with no account number and no ship to listing – then we need to add your old account number. Just fill out the contact form letting us know you would like to see reports.

Reports shows an account number but I still get nothing.
Many orders have been archived out of the view the website uses. For some customers this may mean there is nothing in the reports section of the site.
